His appeal consists of three allegations of error relating to the testimony of Barbara Ann Neiss: (1) that he was not sufficiently advised that Ms. Neiss would be an expert witness, in violation of Ark. R.Crim. P. 17.1; (2) that Ms. Neiss was not qualified to render an opinion on his proclivity to murder...
