MIHALAKOS, J.

The plaintiff, Josephine Billerback, appeals from the summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the defendants, Gregory Cerminara and Palma Cerminara. The issue presented is whether the court properly granted the defendants' motion for summary judgment when it determined that the plaintiff could not bring her action under General Statutes § 52-593
