After his motion to suppress evidence was denied, appellant, Billy Dewayne Wilson, pleaded guilty, without an agreed punishment recommendation, to possession with intent to deliver cocaine weighing at least 400 grams. The trial court found appellant guilty and assessed punishment at 15 years' confinement. Appellant contends the trial court erred by denying his motion to suppress evidence seized from his co-defendant's hotel...
