I. INTRODUCTION

This case requires us to interpret section 13-21-116(2.5)(a), 5 C.R.S. (2001), to determine whether it provides a non-profit corporation with immunity from liability. We hold that it does not. Instead, we hold that the statute protects only those "persons" who perform volunteer services for the non-profit organization.
