JOHNSON, J., delivered the unanimous opinion of the Court.

Appellant was convicted of possession of marijuana and sentenced to 20 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice-institutional division. On appeal, appellant challenged, among other issues, the validity of the consent to the search of the trailer which revealed a large quantity of marijuana.
