Plaintiff-Appellant, Jordan Hospital, Inc. ("Jordan"), filed this lawsuit challenging the dismissal of its request for reclassification into a neighboring geographic region. Success in obtaining reclassification would have entitled Jordan to an additional $1.8 million in Medicare reimbursements for the fiscal year in question.
