The only issue raised in this narrow appeal is whether the recently effective Amendment 599 to the United States Sentencing Guidelines applies to career offenders convicted of armed robbery (18 U.S.C. § 2113(d)) and use of a firearm during the commission of an armed robbery (18 U.S.C. § 924(c)).
