Plaintiff Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") has brought two motions to compel defendant Die Fliedermaus, LLC ("Die Fliedermaus") to comply with its discovery requests. The first is brought pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(b)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code, which provides for limited exemptions from automatic bankruptcy stay.
