The respondent, Richard J. Telgener, appeals an order of the Superior Court (McGuire, J.) approving the recommendations of the Marital Master (Leonard S. Green, Esq.) in his divorce action. He argues that the trial court erred in failing to consider tax consequences when distributing the parties' marital assets. We affirm.
