The complaint was brought by the Chapter 7 Trustee as plaintiff against the debtor's ex-wife Laura Hunerwadel ("defendant"). The Trustee seeks to set aside certain transfers made by the debtor to defendant involving real estate, two IRA accounts, a life insurance policy, and some stock.
