A jury convicted Thaddeus Chad Fagan of attempted aggravated sexual assault of a child and assessed his punishment at fifty years' imprisonment and a $10,000.00 fine. Fagan contends the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the verdict because of the language used in the indictment.
