In this consolidated appeal, appellants Burrell Murchison and Richard Murchison challenge their convictions for securities fraud. They assert the trial court erred by excluding expert testimony, refusing their mistake-of-fact instruction, charging the jury in a way that violated their constitutional right to a unanimous verdict, and making numerous comments on the weight of the evidence.
