BEIER, J.:

Steven C. Wiest appeals the district court's dismissal of his petition for judicial review of his termination from the tenured faculty of Kansas State University.

Wiest was notified that his employment would be terminated after the 1999-2000 academic year because of three unsatisfactory annual evaluations. He appealed the decision to the university provost, and, when unsuccessful, was given 3 days of hearings in October 2000 by the faculty grievance...
