(Griffin), appeals a Phillips County jury verdict awarding Appellee Margaret Sanders (Margaret), individually and as administratrix of the estate of Charles Sanders (Charles), deceased, $1.5 million in damages in a wrongful-death lawsuit for Charles's death when he fell through a skylight while painting Griffin's warehouse roof in October 1991.
