MEYERS, J., delivered the unanimous opinion of the Court.

Appellant pled guilty to the offense of robbery and elected to proceed to trial before the jury on punishment. Punishment was assessed at fifteen years' imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. The Court of Appeals reversed the portion of the judgment assessing punishment and remanded the case...
