Paul Caruthers appeals the denial of his motion to withdraw his guilty plea. Mr. Caruthers contends his guilty plea was unknowing, unintelligent, and involuntary. He also alleges the court erred in denying his request for an evidentiary hearing on his motion to withdraw his guilty plea.
