By order of the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey dated December 4, 2001, the respondent was suspended from the practice of law in New Jersey for a period of three years, retroactive to June 23, 1999, the date of his temporary suspension. The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics opted to hold in abeyance a final sanction against the respondent pending his sentencing...
