This case raises questions about the proper application of 11 U.S.C. § 727, which prohibits discharge in bankruptcy cases involving a fraudulent transfer of assets. Debtor-appellee Aaron H. Watman filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition on March 22, 1999.
