Ramon De-La-Cruz Castro (Cruz Castro) appeals from the judgment entered by the district court pursuant to a written plea agreement. Asserting that Cruz Castro waived his right to appeal in the plea agreement, the government asks us to dismiss the appeal. Cruz Castro argues that we should disregard the waiver of appeal because it was not knowing and voluntary, and that we should vacate his judgment of conviction because of an oral agreement that...
