A jury found appellant, Brian Lynn Megas, guilty of felony murder and assessed punishment at 14 years in prison. In four points of error, appellant challenges the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction for felony murder, contending the State did not prove abduction and restraint as required to prove the offense of kidnapping.
