Appellant, Lorenzo Gonzalez, appeals an order granting summary judgment in favor of appellees, The United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, Local 551 ("UBC"), and Jerald B. Sauter. We affirm.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
