EHRLICH, Judge.

¶ 1 Jacque Moedt sued General Motors Corporation for an alleged breach of an automobile warranty. The matter was settled in substance, but Moedt appeals from the attorney's fees award, arguing that the trial court abused its discretion by failing to award her sufficient fees. General Motors cross-appeals the fee award; it challenges the court's finding that Moedt could even recover fees pursuant to certain statutory provisions...
