Defendants Jonathan Greenwald and Kenin Spivak move for summary judgment (CPLR 3212): dismissing the complaint as against them, on the ground that all of the claims against them are barred by a release; or in the alternative, declaring that Greenwald and Spivak are fully indemnified with respect to all of the claims. Movants also seek to recover attorneys' fees.
