This is an interlocutory appeal from an order appointing a receiver, signed February 7, 2002. Appellant filed his notice of appeal on February 8, 2002. Final trial in the underlying divorce proceeding was scheduled to begin on February 11, 2002. The trial court denied appellant's motion to stay the trial.
