OPINION

BILLINGS, Associate Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 Saratoga Springs Development, L.L.C., (Developer) appeals the district court's orders granting summary judgment and awarding attorney fees to Trench Shoring Services, Inc. (Supplier). We affirm.
