{¶ 1} This is a timely appeal from a judgment of the court of common pleas imposing upon Jayne Ann Boland ("appellant") five consecutive prison terms of one year each after she entered guilty pleas to four counts of forgery and one count of theft by deception, all of which are fifth degree felonies.
