{¶ 1} This appeal is from the October 19, 2000 judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, which sentenced appellant following his plea of no contest to charges of aggravated murder, rape, and aggravated burglary. Because we find that the three-judge panel violated appellant's rights by allowing the victim's relatives to give sentencing recommendations, we reverse the sentence of the lower...
