Relator Jude L. Vernor, an Australian citizen domiciled in Australia, seeks mandamus relief from a temporary order of a county court at law in a paternity and custody action. On September 16, 2002, the court ordered that Ms. Vernor return her seven-year-old son from her parents' home in Australia to Williamson County, where his biological father lives, within eleven days.
