Jenkens & Gilchrist, Paul C. Watler, and Timothy J. Goodwin (collectively referred to as "Jenkens") bring an interlocutory appeal from the trial court's denial of their motion to compel arbitration. In their interlocutory appeal, Jenkens raises two issues: (1) whether the Texas General Arbitration Act applies to this lawsuit; and (2) whether the arbitration agreement at issue requires arbitration of this lawsuit....
