Jackie Nelson-Lizardi and Ismael Roberto (Bob) Lizardi divorced in 1990 but the divorce decree did not deal with the division of Bob's pension because the pension had not yet vested. In a hearing on December 1, 1999, the superior court ordered Jackie to file a request for a formal accounting by December 15, 1999 or face waiver of any claim to the pension.
