ORDER DISMISSING THE COMPLAINT AS TIME-BARRED

ACOSTA, District Judge.

This action was initially filed in the local court by plaintiffs, R & G ENGINEERING, INC. ("R & G") and JERVIS ENTERPRISES ("JERVIS"), against TRANSCONTAINER TRANSPORT, INC. ("TRANSCONTAINER") and GREAT AMERICAN INSURANCE COMPANY ("GAICO") for collection of monies. Subsequently, plaintiffs conceded they had no valid claim against GAICO and stipulated to its dismissal.
