Appellant Terry J. Burnett pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated. Imposition of sentence was suspended, and the court placed Burnett on probation for two years. After revocation of his probation, sentence was imposed. Burnett appeals the judgment revoking his probation and imposing sentence of 30 days in the Platte County jail.
