The trial court granted a final summary judgment against appellant, Robert Wayne Powell (Powell), and in favor of appellee, Jo Adams McCauley (McCauley), in her suit to collect on a debt incurred during their previous marriage. In four issues, Powell contends that the trial court erred in granting McCauley's motion to reinstate her case after it had been dismissed for want of prosecution and in granting McCauley's motion...
