Defendant SMC Corporation appeals from a judgment under ORS 646.315 to ORS 646.375, Oregon's "Lemon Law," based on a jury's finding that defendant had breached the express warranties on a motor home that it sold to plaintiffs. The jury awarded a refund of the purchase price of the vehicle in an amount that totaled $202,000. Pursuant to ORS 646.359 (1997), the trial court tripled that amount before entering judgment and also awarded plaintiffs their attorney...
