In this interlocutory appeal, the prosecution challenges the trial court's suppression of evidence obtained as a result of the search of a lawfully parked van. We agree with the trial court that the officer seized the defendant and his van without reasonable suspicion and hold that the trial court properly suppressed evidence obtained from this illegal seizure.
