Marika Steir ("Marika"), through her mother Linda Steir ("Steir"), brings this action against the Girl Scouts of the United States of America ("GSUSA") and the Spar & Spindle Council ("Spar & Spindle") alleging that the GSUSA and Spar & Spindle failed to make reasonable accommodation for Marika in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.,
