[¶ 1] In this appeal, we primarily consider the instruction a jury should receive when considering whether the elements of aggravated assault and battery are met. Appellant David Wayne O'Brien contends that the trial court improperly defined the term "recklessly under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life."
