Appellant, Gary W. Otte, challenges the denial of his App.R. 26(B) application.

A three-judge panel of the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court convicted Otte of the aggravated murders of Robert Wasikowski and Sharon Kostura and sentenced him to death for each murder.
