Plaintiff claims that a bank and its attorney harassed him with a foreclosure action after he had already satisfied the underlying debt, in violation of state and federal consumer protection laws. Presently before the Court is Defendants Camden National Corporation and Camden National Bank's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings pursuant to Rule 12(c) (Docket # 15).
