The question in this medical malpractice case is whether a physician-patient relationship was established. Dr. Michael Isaac, a cardiologist, agreed on a Thursday to see Dr. John Psutka's patient, Marvin Glenn Jackson, the following Monday. Based on Dr. Psutka's telephone call, Dr. Isaac's office scheduled Jackson for an echocardiogram at 11:15 a.m. on Monday to be followed by an office visit with Dr. Isaac at 12:30 p.m. Before...
