This Order is in response to petitioner's First Amended Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. Following approximately one full day of testimony and two days of deliberation, a Massachusetts Superior Court jury found the Petitioner Anthony Pagano guilty of committing armed robbery while masked of a gas station convenience store.
