¶ 1 Lemuel Prion was convicted by a jury January 28, 1999, of first degree murder, kidnaping (dangerous), and aggravated assault (dangerous). The murder of Diana Vicari occurred between October 22 and October 24, 1992. The kidnaping and aggravated assault of Tabitha Armenta occurred at the end of 1992.
