In this age discrimination case, appellant, Barbara Czerwinski, appeals the order of the trial court granting the University's1 plea to the jurisdiction. Specifically, appellant contends the trial court erred by concluding that the filing requirements prescribed under the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act ("Act") are jurisdictional.
