This second appeal follows an earlier appeal from seven convictions Ellis Butler sustained for rape and violations of a minor in the first-degree. We reversed and remanded Butler's convictions, holding the trial court abused its discretion in denying a continuance when a last-minute change in counsel prejudiced Butler's preparation for trial, because his counsel was not provided full discovery of the names of the victims who were allegedly sexually...
