Nationsbank of Texas, N.A. sued John Breckenridge, Shirley Breckenridge, Richard Haas, and Karen Haas (Appellants) for damages arising from a breach of a retail installment contract for the sale of a mobile home, and for possession of the mobile home, which served as collateral under the contract.
