This appeal was instituted by the State of Kansas and the State Self-Insurance Fund to modify an award made to Patricia Ponder-Coppage.

In August 1994, claimant suffered a work-related accident while employed by the Winfield State Hospital. Her left shoulder, arm, and cervical spine were injured. She returned to the same job in the spring of 1996. An agreed award was filed in July 1996, awarding claimant 20.66 weeks of permanent partial disability...
