Tesoro Petroleum Corporation and Tesoro E & P Company, L.P. (collectively "Tesoro") appeal a summary judgment requiring it to indemnify Nabors Drilling USA, Inc. (Nabors) for settlement monies Nabors paid a third party as a result of an oil well blowout.
