This is an appeal pursuant to Dist./Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A., Rule 8C, from the denial of the defendant's motion to vacate judgment under Mass. R. Civ. P., Rule 60(b) (1). The defendant argues that the trial judge abused his discretion in denying the motion. We find that the record does not support the defendant's contention.
