This is an expedited appeal pursuant to Dist./Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A., Rule 8A, from the denial of the defendant's motion to vacate judgement under Mass. R. Civ. P., Rule 60(b) (1). The defendant argues that the trial judge abused her discretion in denying the motion. We find that the record does not support the defendant's contention.
