This is an action in negligence to recover for personal injuries sustained in the collapse of a seat in the defendant's movie theater. Judgment was entered for the plaintiffs. The defendant filed this Dist./Mun. Cts. R. A. D. A., Rule 8C, appeal challenging the sufficiency of the evidence on the issue of liability and the propriety of the court's evidentiary rulings.
